Innovative Solutions Canada: $140M for Canadian innovators!

What if the government becomes your first client? The Innovative Solutions Canada program offers innovators the opportunity to respond to real challenges from different federal departments and agencies. Take part in the workshop organized by Écotech Québec in collaboration with CEIM on February 19 from 9 am to noon in Montreal to discover the challenges, and take this opportunity to network with government representatives!

Innovative Solutions Canada Program

You have THE solution to the challenges below, but you need a boost to deploy your innovation? The Government of Canada, through the Innovative Solutions Canada (SIC) program, is launching a series of new clean technology challenges sponsored by Environment and Climate Change Canada and other participating departments.

The program operates in two parts with combined funding of over $ 140 million for Canadian innovators who want to get started, grow and commercialized their project.

Here are the themes of the new challenges:

  • plastic recycling
  • waste reduction
  • air purification

     * Coming soon: details of the challenges

By submitting your project:

  • You could receive up to $150,000 in support to develop a proof of concept
  • You could receive up to $ 1 million to develop a prototype

Why participate in the workshop?

  • Meet in person with government officials responsible for the program
  • Discover other financing programs for your projects
  • If the proposed innovation is one of the challenges of the Government of Canada, it could be your first buyer!

Nothing beats a contact in person to start a business relationship!
